I am a UKCP Trainee Therapist with a background as unique as the clients I work with. I originally came from the world of international hotel and financial management, and my professional journey has been shaped by years spent in high-pressure, multicultural environments. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the complexity of human behaviour and the different ways people navigate life’s challenges. Today, I bring that insight into the therapy room, offering a grounded, empathetic, and relational approach to counselling.

I hold a First Class Honours BA in Psychology, accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland, and currently completing a UKCP-accredited Level 6 Diploma in Integrative and Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling at Ellesmere Counselling and Psychotherapy Training (ECPT). My clinical training includes placements with Valued Minds and Humberside Police, where I have the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, from anxiety and trauma to identity questions and major life transitions.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I aim to offer a safe, respectful space where you can feel heard and supported without judgement. My approach is shaped by real-world insight, strong ethical values, and a belief in each person’s capacity for reflection, change, and growth.
